I have no idea really how to factor these and i dont know what to do when i'm done factoring.
1. x^2/x+1
find where it is increasing and decreasing
2. -x^2+4x+4
find relative max/min if any
3. -2.315x^3 + 34.325x^2 + 1.32x + 23
find where it is inc/dec
