Need help with bluetooth!!!?

i have a UT starcom phone from Cricket but my bluetooth doesn't work. it won't connect with anybody when it asks for the pass code. PLEaSe HeLp!!!

oh i know why if it says you need a password when you connect to another phone just put in anything for example four zeros ( 0000 ) then it will ask him then he just needs to do the same :)
