Ok, don't know where the box/manual or anything else is, so here's all the info I can give you:
It plugs into the laptop/computer via usb port
It's black, it's an odd shape (in that it goes sort of pointy at the end) and there is a bendy bit near where it plugs in. (So you can move it up and down)
The middle has a see-through part, blue, and you can see the metal bits (I'm sorry, I don't understand that side of computers very well at all), the lines and stuff... it also has a flashing green light.
It says the manufacturer is Cambridge Silicon Radio Ltd.
I need a driver for this, and Windows can't find it, it says I need a disc, which I don't have.
I can send things from the laptop to my phone, so I have that set up, I just can't find the bluetooth on my laptop on my phone. (Also, my laptop didn't come withg bluetooth, that's why I have to use this)
