need help with bile reflux

i had an upper endoscopy done for bad burning in my stomach im 23 m..dr found tons of bile told me i have bile reflux ive had other tests and dont see any cause..he gave me carafate to take 4 times a day but i cant take it 4 times a day cause it affects my other medicines so the most i take it is 2 times a day and that doesnt really help..im also on nexium for gastirts for 3 years..now ive heard its possible that pp's can cause excess bile is this possible..should i try to wean my self off the nexium and see what happens with the burning..anyone have any remedy suggestions?
 
I took Nexium for almost 3 yrs. Erosive Gastritis is still a problem for me. I just recently started Kapidex 60mg. Seems to be helping, but still have problems from time to time. I never know what will set me off. Goodluck!!!
