Need help with Adobe/Macromedia Flash MX and CS3 10 pts!?

We have a project at school and we are using Adobe Flash CS3. I brought my project with my USB home to try and finish it with Macromedia Flash MX but when I try to open it it says "Failed to open document" Its a really important for me to finish this project so does anyone know how to open it? Thanks

May be u missed the link files or you may copied a shortcut fo the file

try to copy all link files or source file.
