Need help with acne scars

Okay so im 22 already and dont really have any acne on my face just the occasional pimle here and there, but when i was younger i got really bad acne on my back and now i am left with really bad scars on my back, and still get some occasional breakouts in my back, my question is, is there anything i can do to remove those scars from my back aside from laser scar removal???? really self conscious about this problem. can anyone help?
 
I personally have not done this but many people have seen results with laser treatments such as IPL or blue light therapy. Others have seen results with microdermabrasion as well. It also depenRAB on your skin tone and type and the severity of the scars. I personally am battling acne right now, im almost 20 and i recently broke out after graduating college. I go to my esthetician for acne facials and am trying my best to watch my diet. I am planning on going to a medical spa to get a series of treatments for the brown scars left behind from the acne marks so maybe you can look into that. Nowadays they seem to have so many treatments for scars and other flaws on the face.
 
I suggest to make an appointment at your derm so you can discuss laser alternatives, also I heard about an injection that they put over the scar and it dissapears. Also you can go to a plastic surgeon and ask about removal.
