Need help with a Yamaha XVS 1100 Carbi?

I have drill a hole in a part of the carbi which I thought was the Pilot Mixture Screw (PMS) cap, anyway it wasn't and I need to know how to fix or if I have total stuffed up my Carbi, not happy I didnt go on Net before doing this as there is a great site which shows step by step process. any help is apreciate and you can point and laugh if you must.
 
I assume that you were rejetting the carb. Yes, there is a GREAT website The VStar 1100 riders forum. I agree that if the drilling didnt puncture a fuel passage or anything, then MAYBE a bit of JB weld can fix it. but you might need a new carb. Join the forum mentioned above and ask..I do all the time!
 
If it's just a hole that will admit air, dab some silocone sealer over the hole. Now if the hole went through a fuel or air passage, then that's a different story.
