Need Help With 2006 Toyota Camry Modifications?

My boyfriend is looking for some parts for his car this Christmas. I'm looking at spending about 300-400$. I was planning on getting a cold air intake. Any advice on where and what to look for? Any other part that would go well with a cold air intake? Thanks!!
 
The best gift you can give is the advice to keep the car stock. That car was not built with performance in mind. It was built to be a comfortable, fuel efficient, reliable family car. You cannot pull power out of a car that was designed for comfort and reliability.

If he wants to do something with his car, it should be either cosmetic (DO NOT BUY A BODY KIT AS IT WILL DEVALUE THE CAR) or audio related. Get some rims or a sound system or something like that. A cold air intake for that car will cost around $200 and might get him 3-5 horsepower. Nothing he would notice or feel.
