need help with 2003 chrysler town and country?

i just replaced the compressor, expansion valves, and dryer. vacuumed and added freon. had cold air for 3 days then the car sat for 3 days. now it will not cool.it still is charged. both fans are blowing and the compressor is working. there is a slight cool coming thru the passenger side only and rear. the drivers side is very warm. this happened in the winter but passenger was cold and driver warm. fuses seem to be ok. is this a vacuum problem? blend door problem? it seems like the heater and the ac are working against each other. help it is 100 degrees today
