need help with 2003 Chrysler town and country limited?

When the van is parked and in idle with the a/c off after 10-20 min there will be coolant leaking from the coolant recovery tank. Also when i start the car up on a cold morning the car ticks and knocks a little. PLease help. oh and my horn is going out after the van threw out water.
 
your engine cooling fan is not activating. the cold morning cold start ticks and knocks are not uncommon for these engines...especially after 100k miles.
get the fan checked, an oil change with the correct weight oil and a tune up.....happy driving.
