Need help with 2001 jeep grand cherokee laredo problem?

I have a 2001 jeep grand cherokee laredo. I just put a cd player in it and now my power windows don't work my beeper to indicate the door is open wont go off even if the door is closed. My overhead console stopped working(It on but it at displaying nothing, Just has --) and my inside lights wont go off. They go off if the key is out but if I start the car they come on and stay on. What happened?
 
the radio is part of the computer network, you have to pull the cd player you installed, cut and insulate the yel/vio/dk blue wire and every should work normal.
