hello, i work in design studio, and i can't use confirmed computer for my job. My currently using computer is Dell Optiplex 720.
PROCESSOR: Intel™ Core®2 Duo E7500 (2.93GHz) 2 CPU's
OPERATING SYSTEM: Genuine Windows 7® Ultimate
VIDEO CARD: 1786MB ATI Radeon HD 4350,
MEMORY: 4GB, 800MHz, DDR2 DDRAM Memory,
OPTICAL DRIVE: 16X DVD+/-RW w/ Cyberlink PowerDVD and Roxio Creator
HARD DRIVE: 1TB SATA
MONITOR: Dell 27 inch UltraSharp™ 2208FPW Widescreen, Adjustable Stand, VGA/DVI
FILE SYSTEM: PAL and NTFS File System
But i think its not good for motion graphic design, i work in 3dmax, After effects, Corel Draw, and adobe suits. My computer is very slowly in these pro's, specially Edius pro.
So, what kind of computer (i mean capacity, power) do i need? and which VGA card is pretty good for graphic design, Nvidia Open GL or Radeon and Quadro? I will buy new computer soon, i think pretty good computer is Mac, but i won't buy yet, then i will buy i7, is it even good for me?
