Need help uploading my html code to website.?

I have a page of html written and I want to upload it online. I registered baseballstandings.net on godaddy.com and downloaded fetch. On fetch it asks me for :

Hostname:
Username:
Connect using: (FTP, SFTP, FTP with TLS/SSL, FTP with GSSAPI)
Password:

What should I enter into these fields?

If you don't know what to do on Fetch but you know of another way, please let me know!
 
Type into Google "Web Servers" and a list will come up.
Click on one and make your choice on which one you think is best.
Personally I think JustHost.com is the best.
Just upload your site to there and everything will work!
I recommend validating it fist with the W3C first so type into Google "Web Validator" and select W3C's one, good luck.
