I am traveling to UK, please help me to unlock my SGH A707. I need to unlock my phone from cingular Network. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My samsung sgh a707 was on a plan. now its switched to pay as u go. but wont let minutes be added. it says time is on it but wont let calls be made. please help!
