I am a 25 male, tall skinny built, healthy. My sleep schedule is not the best as I usually go to bed around 4pm and get up around 2pm. When I wake up I do not feel refreshed at all and honestly have all I can do to get myself out of bed. I feel so blah all the time and have no energy to do anything, even when it comes to sexually which also falls under the fact that I have no energy and just rarely in the "mood". It would seem for someone my age that should Not be a issue haha. I feel as though my body is lacking something. I have been to the doctor and had tests done and everything was fine.
So my question is, Is there any vitamin or something I should be taking to resolve this? I am currently taking Mens Health Formula One A Day. Perhaps I should I not be taking the One A Days and rather something else?
