Hi, We just found out yesterday that my dads melanoma has spread to his lung and brain. The doctors are saying that they can help Him with the one that's in his brain but not his lungs. He is going to be going away for treatment, and from what I know he will be coming back home really sick. I have two little girls 3 and 4 and they are really close to him, I just don't know how to talk to them about all this or when he come back why he is so sick. And with everything that I have looked up its not looking that good for him, Right now Im not doing so good with all this, how do I help my kids....I just don't know what to do
