need help setting up 9x9 matrix website (PHP)?

I downloaded a script from http://www.mysteryautoincome.com/9x9-forced-matrix-free-script-pages/ for a 9x9 matrix system the folder contains many files inside that are .php I'm not experienced with this type of file or web design for that matter it comes with a read me instruction file but I dont understand what im exactly supposed to do.. a detailed explanation or a link to some tutorial would be great.... i seam to get stuck when it comes to mysql thing any help will be thankfully accepted! thanks!
 
in that script there is READ ME.txt file.... just read and follow the pprocedure, you will install it successfully, i hope...
