tapped and still stuck on? I removed the only visible screw on the face of the rotor and tapped the rotor with a small sledge hammer. My rotor did not break free. Is there a second screw/bolt or do I have to tap harder?

I have to ask...Is the caliper off? If so, get a bigger mallet and hit harder! Brake rotors tend to rust on the hub.
Also, when you reassemble, put some never seize on the hub first. You can also put it on the inside of the rim where it meets the rotor. Next time you won't have the same problem.

Further to the above answer, if you plan on having the rotors turned (i.e. ground down and re-use them), when you hammer on the rotor to get it off, use a block of wood against the rotor and hammer on the wood to preven damaging the rotor.
