Need Help Reactivating BIS

MyT-Mobile.com is taking forever to come back up so I can access the billing section to reactivate the BIS. Is anyone else having this problem or can help me reactivate? Thanks.
 
Still didn't work. I keep getting "We're sorry. My T-Mobile's Plan & Services feature is currently undergoing scheduled maintenance to improve the site for you. Please try again later."
 
A google search for the error message showed a guy which have had the error for 2 weeks.. hehe.. hope your not one of those..

Strange it works for fritter but not you, which URL are you using?

If your using IE try hitting CTRL + F5 to refresh, that will reload cache no matter.

Update: This is becoming frustrating. I was able to see the balance due that I have to pay, and make the requested changes to the account, but still got the message about the Plans and Services feature being unavailable.
 
page works for me, I can hit login and attemt a login with a fictive user. But OFC get a invalid logon message.

You dont have IE at your computer? if you do, you can ofc give it at try
 
Update: Thanks a good friend here on the Stacks that works for T-Mo, I will be back on my Pearl tomorrow instead of waiting for my cycle to end. Thanks johnnyedge lol
