Need Help!!!!!!!!!! Please!!!!!!

Im trying to put ringtones on my phone, I use songs from my computer i change the songs from mp3 to a wav. I have the usb cable, Myjal, also i havea program called Ringtone gold. Thats where you can make the song into ringtones, but everytime i upload the ringtone using myjal, i get a genaral communication error. Can someone please help. PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I use WebJal instead of myjal to add ringtones to my roommate's boost phone, and I used to get the same general communication error every time, tried using several different ringtone editors, until a friend told me to try DBPowerAmp to convert the files to wav format. Haven't had a problem since.

I'm not sure which program you used for conversion, but make sure the settings for the wav file are sample rate is 8000hz, the resolution should be set to 8 bits, and the channel set to mono. Hope this helps.
