Need help please

Hi im a 26 year old obese female and im looking for some help with what has been bothing me for the last 2 years.

it started with what felt like it was getting a little harder to breath like i could not get a good deep breath in and slight chest pains like my chest was tight. dispite not having health care it scared me enough to go to the hospital but 700$ later they said it was just Gerd/heart burn, was kinda weird because the antacid they gave me did no good and they only looked at me for 5 minutes, then about 6 months later i started to get this kinda dull light pain on my right side at first it didnt even bother me but now i feel it all the time some times it feels like its sqweezing me some where inside. its not the worse pain but does hurt. also i have been feeling very weak and lightheaded and my heart has been kinda fluttering and scareing me half to death so much so im not sleeping well at night. the last month has been the worse for me and i dont have any health insurance to just go to the doctor and see whats wrong.

symptomes
Cheatpains
lightheaded/little dizzy
pain on right side of belly below my breast(started dull little over 1 year ago has gotten worse)can get worse after i eat
heartflutters(drives me nuts most the time i feel them in my throat)
little hard to breath (not to bad but sill drives me nuts)

this ones new kinda a light feeling in my cheast like numb feeling but just for a second its hard to discribe.


please help im driving my self mad i keep checking my pulse and not going to bed till im extremely exhausted around 7am or so.

also im unemployed and i live in a small town hospital is 50 minutes away so its hard to even see a doctor so if theres one looking at this please help.
 
First of all i am not a Doctor. Sounds as if you are wanting a doctor to reply here and i am not although i can give you my opinion.

You need to look into some type of medical insurance, in your area their may be help for the unemployed that need medical care. Make phone calls or go in person when you find that you can qualify for special needs care.

You have many symptoms that may need cardiac stress test.
I'm sure you must know being Obese can cause many health issues.
You could be having anxiety/panic attacks.

I would most definately have a cardiologist rule out other causes first.

Look into the medical insurance or health care in your area or very near, even if it is 50 miles away, there has to be some assistance for you.

Thanks so much for your reply just now i was waken by airregular heart beat i just want to get my life back.

can anxiety/panic attacks happen even when your not awake? thnks so much for your insight.
 
i would guess to determine if you are having anxiety/panic attacks in your sleep, you would need to have a sleep study done.

Are you currently taking any medications that could cause irregular heartbeat? i know i can't take certain cold meds due to heart flutters.

Was there any tests done at the hospital when you went? if you told them at the hospital you were having chest pains, they should have at least hooked up a heart monitor. Any tests at all at hospital?

Did hospital doctor say to follow up appointment with your family doc??
