need help picking phone!!

so recently my Motorola v600 has been giving me problems so its time for a new phone .. looking to spend UNDER $250 (yes i know its not a lot, but i dont mind buying a phone from ebay), i would like a camera phone with it and make sure it has the ability to play mp3 ringtones and i would love to have a FLIP phone

as for service, i am with Tmobile but i dont mind getting an unlocked phone...

are you eligible for an upgrade? If so, look at the Razr or the moto V360

A630 is a pretty good phone...not much of a upgrade or anything comming from a V600...all your getting is a qwerty keyboard...everything else is the same as the V600
