Need help picking out a motorcycle style?

Okay i'm new to motorcycles so can someone help me pick one out. I don't want a one of those big ones with the big handlebars that are referred to as hogs ha ha not a harley. you know. something kinda small and fast. looks stylish. thanks
 
you want a sport bike, not a cruiser or touring bike. check out these

being new, stick to something small. 250cc or so
 
ktm duke, or ktm super enduro, ktm 690, these are suppose to be super motard. you may not like 'em but i do.
