Need help - phone for internet browsing and Slingbox

Newbie to the board, I need some advice on a smartphone or Pocket PC which would work with Opera Mobile (or comparable type of product which would allow me to experience true internet browsing i.e., reformat Web pages as smaller replicas) and would also work with my Slingbox.

If you could list your phone and provider that would also be great. Thanks.
 
I dont know anyone personally who has used slingbox.
IMO Its in the same field as the man who introduced sliced bread.
Truly can not wait to get me one.
