i have a grey plastic tender (12ft) but i wish to paint it a different colour. it has no previous paint as far as i know, just the plastic. there are alot of scraps and deep scratchers in it so do i need to use a filler of some sort? and what sort of preparation do i need to do/ what paint should i use?...i only just got the boat and its my first one so you will have to explain like im im a idiot.
