Need help on revising something on eBay?

I am selling a hockey jersey on eBay and there are less than 24 hours until the auction ends. I want to edit my buyer requirements (because when I started selling, I accidentally made it so that you need to have a PayPal account to bid on this, but now I don't want that anymore). I tried to fix it today, but after I set the option, the screen just freezes. Am I doing something wrong or is it just my computer (by the way, I've tried this like around 10 times today and it still isn't working).
 
You didnt' mention if you had any bids on it.

If you have no bids, the edit should be fine, but I don't think you are allowed to edit once people begin bidding.
