Hey here in Arizona, I am looking at a new job and hoping on purchasing a new r6 here soon! I love cars, bikes and enjoying learning everything about them. I went there to look @ gear, and I saw a sign saying they are hiring. I got an application and they said that they are hiring for sales making commission. Well, I have worked @ a store selling items for over two years and I feel really comfortable selling someone something. I enjoy it.

Well besides that, I put that I am applying for sales. The next line, it says: What is your desired salary range or hourly rate of pay?

What should I put there? If I work off commission or am lucky enough to get the job, what should go there do you think? I don't wanna put too much besides I've never dealt with selling motorcycles or things in this nature. They also sell boats, dirt bikes, jet skis, all kinds of gear, maintaince stuff etc...

I don't wanna put too low and I don't wanna go high at all. What would you put? Looking at insight or hopefully having someone work at one before that can help me out on what to put. Thanks!

What do you hope to earn? What do you need to live on, what is your goal financially? Start with $3000. per month ($36K per year ). That is a reasonable start point and easy to defend if they examine that.

desired salary range or hourly rate of pay you put in what you have been making or what you wish to be payed.. aks someone who works there what they start out at
