Need help on how to jailbreak iphone 3gs? I don't have the original sim to activate

Hello guys, I been unlocking I phone for quite sometimes but for this one I do not have the original simcard for iphone 3gs and even the customer doesn't know what is the original carrier of his cellphone at all! Since I do not carry activator simcard for iphone yet, is there any jailbreak for iphone 3gs 3.1.3 that I can use to make this work is been prustrating for me that I cannot unlock this piece of iphone for my customer since I'm in U.S.A most of iphone I unlock is just iphone from AT&T never had any other coutry iphone that I got than just this one in my hand right now thanks in advance for your help!
