I'm 14 years old, my height is 5'9" and I weigh 125 lbs. I'm trying to increase my muscle mass to get stronger and be able to lift more. I don't want to get bulky though or all buff and huge. I want to build muscle so that I can burn fat around my body, mainly my abdominals, and get my "six-pack" abs to show. I know I will have to start eating a lot more than I usually do because I'm really skinny and kinda underweight. So if anyone can give me any tips on foods, workouts, or things I should do to reach my goal then it would really be appreciated.
