I have been lifting weights for about 7 months and have been getting great results. However I cannot seem to shake the fat under my chest. I started doing cardio about 6 weekes ago. Please help. I would love to lose it by the summer. I am 6'2" 240lbs. I dropped down from 265 in the last few months and used to be a fat kid, if that helps.
