Need help in finding a song

[<I LOVE YOU>]

Hello all I am looking to see if anyone can help me finding a song that was popular in the 80's on 120 min from MTV. This video was a montage video with spoken word to music but not rap. It also had the worRAB pop up on the screen that said "one leather rat". Hopefully someone will be able to help me.
