need help i have a 83 chevy with a 350,?

I replaced he tming chain . now when i try 2 start it. It backfires trought the exhaust
 
your timing is off....or it bent a valve,when it jumped timing..most likely your timing
 
if you didn't mess with the distributor and you lined the marks up on the cam gear to the crank gear then you problem is bend valves
