need help grinding noise on my car!!!!!?

need help to figure out why my car is making a grinding noise when im stop in first gear and when im about to go my car makes this grinding noise and i can feel it in my clutch and clutch pedal and again only in first gear and its a 1988 honda accord lxi 4dr need answers asap please and thanks
