The title might be a little confusing so here's a breakdown of my setup and what I'm trying to do. I just moved, so I had to disconnect everything and I can't get it to work right. I did get replace the VCR, but I don't think that's the problem.
I use a PS2 to play DVDs.
I connect the PS2 into the AUD/VID1 Input of the VCR.
Then I connect the output from the VCR to the stereo.
The TV and VCR are connected through coaxial cables.
The problem that I'm having is that I can only get audio out of one of my speakers.
Here's what I have:
On the TV there are two sets of three hookups.
On the TV there are two sets of two hookups, only yellow and white.
On my stereo, I have red and white (for left and right audio).
I would like to have the audio through the speakers, both when I watch TV and when I watch DVDs on the PS2. Do I need to have a VCR with all three hookups?
