I worked at McDonald's in ohio when I lived there for school but now im back in michigan and I need 2 get my forms from the McDonald's in ohio.........what should I do cuz im thinkin about call corpate.

irst off, it's W-4s as you filled out your W-2 when you got hired. Second, stay in school as you cannot spell corporate. Third, call corporate and tell them that your W-4 was sent to a different address and you need a duplicate.
Next time you quit a job, give them your new place of residence or you will encounter this again.

call the mcdonalds you work at. i live in ohio and people who worked where i did last year and quit (not mcdonalds though), just call here with their adress and we mail them
