Need help for an average phone!

Hello, everyone I am a newbie for looking a telus company phone, and looking to get a new phone, but don't know which company would have an average good quality phone so far, price arrange in $125~$225 with contract or without....so please help me...

Since the phones for telus seem to be like ours meaning cdma i would go for the razr, lg8100, or the v710 which I would prefer over the razr becuase of the explansion slot.
