I was half asleep and it came on HBO in the middle of the night so the details are fuzzy. Clearly it was subtitled and took place in an old school or hospital. I remember that there was a film crew filming a movie of some sort. While filming the scenes of an actress, there were scenes were flashing of a previous murder there or something. I know it's vague, but I've been looking for at least a year.
