i saw this movie a few years ago and i only saw some of it.
the details i can remeber are
-it was black and white
-it appeared to be a comic relief type mafia movie
-a couple of guys were stow aways on this boat that pulled into port
-there was a little girl that a group of mobsters took in cuz it was their bosses kid and he was just killed or something
-the cops are trying to find these mobsters, the stow aways, and i think another group of mobsters
-the mobsters with the little girl are trying to run from the cops and this other group of mobsters
-at one point EVERYONE ends up on this boat trying to hide from eachother and chase eachother at the same time.
can anyone help me out?
