The game had a top down view of a car, not unlike Spyhunter, except that you could turn the car around, go left and right etc instead of just straight.
The game started out with the bad guys pulling a car up to a building, running inside and then taking your girl with them back into their car. you come out and get in your car to chase them.
The game starts with you chasing them around the city, and shooting from you car.... and that's all I can remember
It was taken from my local arcade probably before 1990, maybe a little later, so the game was certainly an 80's game. It has baffled me for ages trying to figure out what this was.
