You probably won't have much luck finding a red chain especially since you didn't mention the application.. how many gears the bike has, the brand of the drivetrain, etc.
However, there are a couple of ways to get a white crank...
Shimano and Campagnolo made a white gruppo years back but I can only remember the Shimano name... called Sante. This gruppo was pretty much garbage and is going to be hard to find.
You could remove and disassemble the crank and have the arms powdercoated. Just make sure that they don't get anything on the areas where the chainrings are bolted or where the bottom bracket fits, or in the pedal threads. This way you would have a giant selection of colors at your fingertips. I imagine this would be relatively cheap... maybe $20 or perhaps their minimum charge.
