Need help finding out where they sell the part for a 2000 Dodge Intrepid?

Okay does anybody know where or has heard ofwhere they sell that new part update. It supposedly helps the timing chain tensioner?

Again its for a Dodge Intrepid 2.7 2000.
Sorry didnt explain that well. It's like a new part or some kind of update part that helps the timing chain tensioner.

Has anybody heard of it or know where they sell it???
