Need help finding my birth certificate.Born in Korea on Military Base.HELP?

I was born in Soel Korea on Military Base.My mother lost my birth certificate,and social security card.I do however have a military id,which does have my social and my fathers social on it.Where do I go with what I have in order to obtain both birth certificate and social security?Please help.

Start with the military hosbital in Yongson. on yongson base in Korea. the US base.
