Need help finding an old cartoon.

I can't remember the name of it, but I'll describe it the best I can. It was basically an old 6-8 minute cartoon about a little kid and his dog (or maybe it was a little kid and his/her sibling) who were dreaming about a strange fantasy world which started out alright, but quickly became a nightmare/bad dream. One scene that comes to mind is a blue creature with two heads that said repeatedly something along the lines of "Oogedy-Boogedy-Boo". I know I'm being very vague, but I don't remember much of it.

I'd appreciate it if someone could give me a link, or at least the name of it.

I can say that I have never seen that cartoon, but the basic premise reminds me of 'Little Audrey' in "The Lost Dream".

"Somewhere in Dreamland" the color classic cartoon by Fleicher studios comes to mind. It's public domain, YouTube it.

While that is a wonderful cartoon, and certainly one of my all time favorites that has no nightmare sequence. And is most definitely not the cartoon he is looking for.
