NEED HELP feel like I am being done wrong by the court system?

I toke my child to court for hitting me and her behaviors. I asked for help and The Department of Children Serves and the court toke her from me. She had been sexually abused in her fathers home.DCS and the so called Judge said they can work around that,then the Judge told me that I could not have a lawyer.His words was "YOU HAD YOUR CHANE". I need help she could be going to her fathers where I feel she could be in danger.We do not have money for a lawyer and I need one BAD.what dose someone do in this case.Here where we live in TN DCS has already placed children in unfit homes and on top of that there was calls about sexually inappropriate behaviors in the home one year be for she was attacked and they did nothing.what do I do?
 
i dont even know were to start with this one.

call a lawyer and see if they will do it for free or if they know one who will.

you sound crazy to me.
