these are my options Aiki Ju Jutsu; Karate; Aikido and wing chun
i am 15 and would at least do it once a week, the type that probably would be suitable for me is to be able to defend myself and be able to through a punch back or use pressure points. ( if i was being attacked) reccomend which is best for me
