Need help choosing a decent sub woofer, 4 channel amplifier and 6x9's?

I wanna buy a decent car audio setup but without spending thousands. I found this

but I don't know if it the amp is powerful enough to give a loud and high quality sound to those speakers and sub?

Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

hell alpine is always a good choice the bass wont be real loud but that would be a good start and that is a pretty good deal in my opinion
