Hey, I am looking to sort out a decent audio setup for my 1999 Suzuki swift hatchback. I have already bought a head unit (Pioneer DEH-P7000UB), but I'm not too sure where to go from here. I have read that I am better off getting 2 decent coaxial or component speakers in the front and just a sub in the back as it is a small car? Please can you give me advice on a decent setup and whether I will need an amp for the coaxials etc. I am looking to spend around £300 but am willing to pay a little more. I'm not looking to win competition but I do want something that will give good quality and be loud. The speaker size is 6.5" and a 12" sub.

Many Thanks

Tom

i would get these tweeters http://www.digitalfotoclub.com/sc/from-froogle.asp?id=964724596&rf=froogle&dfdate=12_29_2008

they are what i use. AND THEY SCREAM SO LOUD for cheap. and then get ahttp://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_9388_Power+Acoustik+MOFO-12.html?utm_source=froogle&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=froogle

i use two of those subs and they shake my garage walls. THEY ARE VERY AFFORDABLE. all you have to do is built a 2.0 CUbic foot box with and 8x3 port i believe. i called the company for the exact measurements.

and then get a 1 channel amp something like this http://www.google.com/products/catalog?q=power+acoustik+1+channel&btnG=Search+Products&hl=en&show=dd&cid=2265403271976152801#ps-sellers and set it at 1000RMS so you don't have to upgrade anything in your car. Get about 4 gauge wire.

put component speakers in tha front. they have tweeters built in so u will get a louder sound out of them.
