Need Help Badly Htc Touch After Cricket Flash Sms Send Error

hey i just puchased a touch which is sprint and after i put the prl 1040 to flash phone i try to send text message comes up unable to send error 97 and 34 at times and still has a stock sprint updated rom newest version what should i do didnt have this problem on my mogul and its the same way, also even tryed custom roms and still can send text messags pleast help thanks
 
Im having the same issue. I dont want to hijack this thread because it is a different phone however it is a sprint phone with a basic prl flash nothing else. ive tried several prls all with the same results "error 97" on text. Please help very urgent.

yeah- this is the wrong place...but if refreshing doesn't work, then call and make sure your account has sms added to it...

i changed my plan trying to fix a data issue, and when i change it back to the $50 plan, it didn't include my sms for reason...i had to have them add it.

Since this thread is already pretty much f'd I might as well do a lil hijacking of my own thats why Im throwing it out there. Beer is another one of my best hobbies so to all my fellow beer enthusiasts, next time you chuggin down a ice cold 'rona, add a splash or two of Clamato with a lil twist of lime and bottoms up.

Ahhhhh....so good I could almost taste it.
 
True that. Bud limes are jus good on their own. Another good one is them budweiser tall boys that they be sellin with clamato already in it.
 
being that i was the second poster in this thread i feel compelled to redeem myself. Im guilty of not searching enough. sorry guys. Yes the answer has been posted and the text does need to be manually added to the account. After many calls to customer service they finally came to that conclusion and problem has been solved.

This thread is retarded and is a direct result and example of not using the search button, that being said my vote goes for a good ol carona and lime! :clapping:
