I weigh 170 pounds currently, i use to weigh 210. I lost 40 in a period of 4 months. My goal is to lose 10 pounds and cut down to 160. I've been having trouble cutting down. I can't seem to lose the remander of my weight. Its so hard to lose. I really love to eat food and alot of it. Please help me. I really want to cut my weight so i can get bigger alot faster. I want to get stronger and lift harder.
