i really need someones help. i have an Sony lab top that freezes on me. Everything freezes up. the Ctrl+Alt+Del command doesn't work either.the mouse doesn't move either. i could turn it on and it works fine for a couple of minutes and this happens every time i use it. i have run the anti virus program i have and it tells me i have no viruses. i cant turn off the computer so i have to shut it down by pressing the on/off button. i really don't know what to do. i bought it around 06-07. cant remember. please someone help me. i am losing my patience and i need it to do my homework.
